I have received FP notices both for my wife and myself for both 485 & 765. Code 3 ,2 . The question is :I dont know how FP process works. My wife has very smooth and sweaty hands. When i applied for Canadian immigration during FBI FP process even after n no. of attempts we couldnt get good prints on FP Sheet using INK. Ofcourse through speaking with Canadian Consulate they gave her an exemption over this. Now many of my friends have informed me that FP process is Electronic is this true?
I think she has no problem with electronic FP as US consulate could take her FP's when initially she went for H4 in i ndia. please comment.
its electronic, so you should be ok. They are also very patient, and try a lot ways to get clean prints (using wipes etc) [atleast at the Oakland ASC]

Dear All,
I got a labor substitution and filed for my I-140 and I-485 concurrently. Today was the last day to send the documents and some paperwork was missing for my wife! I missed sending the package!
Now how should i proceed?? My wife is on H1-B currently. Any ideas??
My priority date is 25 jan 05 - eb2.

You will get shocked by seeing how many H1 s they filed all these years. They are more than h1s filed by WIPRO, TCS,INFOSYS etc.,
Shhhhhhh..... Please don't tell this to Ron Hira and IEEE. They may not like you saying this. Ron Hira et al, wants to preach that all H1s are being taken by "Indian Companies", whatever that means.....

yes her AP is valid till end of this year. Would it be problem if i take her gc and give it to her outside us??
She can enter without any issue using AP. I was in similar situation when GC approved and mailed for my entire family when we were away from USA. All of us entered using AP without any issues.

What happened to their own plaintiffs - even couple of days back they
said that they more than sufficent plaintiffs...
Are you guys filling up PLAINTOFF form ? The problem is that AILA /AILF
is a blackbox ... You can see that they are exchanging emails but cant read the content of email... ONLY FOR MEMBERS :mad:

Aha I see ... yes she can stay in the US beyond the I-94 date as long as the extension application is pending. From the postings i can recollect that in case of a denial the unlawful presence starts from the decision date.

Just want to confirm if both needs to be surrendered
I have always surrendered both (done it 3 times so far) as it says on the I-797 that it will delay the re-entry if I did not surrender the one printed on it.

Please do not think sit back thinking "Let them do the rallying... I will enjoy the benefit(s)".
Realize that the rally cannot be a success unless you act and remember that if you do not act, we have little chance of getting the benefit(s). So, shed your fears and insecurities... stand up proud and join us as we try to make this rally a tremendous success!
