From the information that you have provided, I can tell you that their argument does not hold any water. The same can be said of H1B as well. If they are tracking expiration of H1B, they certainly can do the same for EAD.

Iam trying to explain my employer that it's ok to hire employees with EAD. For some reason they prefer GC or Citizen only. I referred them to the Discrimination clause on I-9 form. Then they told me about their problems hiring EAD.
1) If the Employee is hired on a valid EAD and later during the course of employment the EAD expired, there is no system in place for them to check back with the employee if (s)he has renewed it in a timely manner.
2) If such an employee that has not renewed their EAD and continued their employment beyond expiration without notifying the employer, the company is worried that they may be legally liable for harboring employees with illegal statuses.
Please help me understand if their concerns are valid and if not what is the remedy.

you need pdf writer, use demo.
I don't think it's anything to do with pdf writer. If he is asking about forms like I-485, G-325 A etc..those have pdf security enable and wont allow you to save it. Whereas if you try I-693 form (for medical), that will allow you to save the form even if you do not have pdf writer.

First option is always to try to blow it out. Next, in my mind, is an arctic butterfly (a bush that works on the principle of static cling, and no chance of leaving a residue). The lens pen was originally developed for lenses, but has recently come into vogue for sensors. Finally, a wet solution applied with a pad. I just realized that I didn't explain what HDR is- The idea is to take a series of more or less 10 photos with different shuttle speeds and then composite them into one unique image that will capture all the light effect due of the high range of the natural light.
I know what HDR is, but your original question now doesn't seem to make any sense in light of what you just said now.
With that said, HDR works best with enough photos (no specific number necessary) to have well exposed highlights and shadows (start by underexposing your highlights and keep going up in exposure until your shadows are almost overexposed). From what I've read, the HDR plugin prefers the images to be separated by one stop, so on my camera that means three clicks over on the rear command dial if I'm set for 1/3rd stop increments. Setting your camera to 1/2 stop increments (maybe that's all the D100 can do, I can't remember) will let you get from one end of the scale to the other more quickly.

Instead of flowers , how about sending Thank you cards to emilio and Zoe.
We should also thank emilio for recognising his mistake and reversing it .

You can amend the same petition. Tell your company to contact a lawyer to do that. They need to pay $200 fee and lawyer fee. May be needed new LCA for latest salary requirement. With the amended approval, you can stamp for the visa.

Apparently the job offer on which the visa was applied in 2007 dried out in 2008 and can that be stated or would the embassy question if the job offer was not a stable one , why did one apply for the visa ?

Well I am well off without GC as well.. GC is not going to make any impact in my life, I was just trying to do something which was wrong, so when the ones who are suffering they dun care then why should I.
Keep getting exploited and have sleepless nights.. I think the kind of mentality you guys have you deserve it.

I am not really sure about the chances of such bills passing. Having an upper limit of 20k per year, similar to the quota for Master's in H1-B, might have relatively better chances of passing. Otherwise, all the anti-immigrant nuts from alipac and numbersusa will derail everything even before anything hits the discussion level...
btw, i read that the alipac founder was called lots of names in a NC newspaper...(details on their web-site)..that sounded like sweet nectar to me...he deserves all of it and more....the way he and all his honchos in their forum ban and bully everyone (not just illegal, but legal would-be immigrants)...just desserts!!!
