Hi,
I came to the USA on F-1 student visa which is expired on 2005. Currently I have H1B status (I-797 form) (and NOT a stamped visa) and I-94 attached to the I-797 form.
My question is that. Can I visit Canada for less than 30 days and coming back without the need to get a visa (automatic visa re-validation) OR I have to get a visa?
I am worried because I never have a stamped H1B visa on my passoprt. Only H1B status + I94 which are not attached to the passoprt?
I need your help and how can I make sure as I do not want to lose my job.
Thank you,
John

Hi,
I just want to know as to will the Green Card process happen faster if the State of GA were to sponsor it?
Request you to reply soon.
Thanks
I dont know of anything specific. But if it's a job designation of utmost importance at the state level then it might help in name check(I am not sure) but otherwise I dont think it makes any difference.
Just my 2 cents

I've taken a lot of bird pictures that have to be cropped even more than this. While I'm not happy with the detail it is still quite possible to see what bird it is :) and maybe the best I can do with my current lenses. Until I get a better opportunity and get closer to the bird I'll accept the picture, at least for my own archive. I think your frog picture is acceptable at that size, and could perhaps also be improved a bit more with some creative noise reduction and sharpening to give the impression of being a bit better than it is. I agree digital is amazing, there's indeed a lot of info that can be extracted from the megapixels.
